This is a tool to help us evaluate how we feel about certain areas of our life at a given moment. The 8 sections of the wellbeing wheel represent balance and connecting the dots around the circle helps us to see quickly and easily where we are out of balance and where to focus our energy to improve things. 

  • Score and rank your level of satisfaction in each section of the wheel between 0 and 10. 10 being the outer edge, 0 being low, 10 being high.
  • Draw a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge. 
  • Comment on the reason for your scoring and try not to think about your score as positive or negative. Remember that it may be unrealistic to achieve a 10 in any area so try to focus on what would be an ‘ideal’ score for each area.
